Return and withdrawal policy
Geographic scope
The withdrawal rules described here apply to consumers in the European Union and, where the same rights apply under national law, to consumers in other parts of the European Economic Area. If you order from outside that area, different rules may apply and we will confirm them before you pay.
Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may withdraw from an online purchase within fourteen days of receiving the goods without giving a reason, unless an exception listed below applies.
Sealed food supplements
When the product is delivered sealed for health or hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal ends after you open the seal, provided we informed you of this consequence before checkout.
How to notify us

Defective items
If an item arrives damaged or deviates from the contract, consumer remedies under Finnish law apply in addition to this voluntary withdrawal description.
